Nordic Peace Team Holiday:
- Re-stocking for 2024: Many products are being re-stocked for 2024 and will be delayed for processing from January 24th - February 15 and will be fulfilled back to normal starting February 18th. During this time, re-stocked notifications are shown on each respective product page.
- Orders placed between April 29 - May 3 will be fulfilled starting May 4th
- Due to warehouse holiday, orders placed between September 29th - October 4th are delayed by 3 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and the actual delivery time may vary. During periods of high demand or transportation issues, shipping times may be extended. Shipping Guarantee
We guarantee a maximum shipping period of 25 business days. This is not reflective of our average delivery times but rather serves as a security measure for your peace of mind. If, for any reason, your order is not delivered within this timeframe, you have the option of a full refund or reshipment.
What shipping couriers are delivering our orders?
In general, orders within USA are delivered via USPS, Canada via Canada Post, Australia & NZ via Australia Post, UK & Europe via their local shipping service couriers.

Where are products being shipped from?

While some of our items are shipped from facilities in Canada and the United States, products may be sourced internationally. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We provide order tracking for your convenience. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. You can track your order directly on our on-site tracking platform.
Missing Orders Marked as Delivered
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, this may be due to errors made by third-party shipping carriers, such as USPS, during the final delivery stage. If this happens:
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at support@nordicpeace.com. When you contact us, please provide your current address so we can compare it with the order information. We will also provide you with your tracking number and local carrier contact information.
- Investigation: We will contact your local carrier and open a Help and Service request to help retrieve the package. Meanwhile, we will invite you to contact your local carrier to confirm non-delivery and explore any pickup solutions if available.
- Free Reshipment: If the previous steps do not result in retrieving your package, we will offer a free reshipment of your order. Optional: Provide an alternative address to minimize the chances of this issue recurring.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds but provide free reshipments for orders marked as delivered unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us to discuss further options.
Policy on Postage and Shipping Fees at Delivery
At Nordic Peace, we are committed to ensuring a transparent and customer-oriented experience. We cover all postage and shipping fees for our products. However, on rare occasions, carriers (such as USPS) might charge customers additional postage fees at the time of delivery.
- Pay the Fee: If you are asked to pay any postage fees upon delivery, please go ahead and pay the amount requested by the carrier.
- Get a Receipt: Make sure to obtain a receipt for the payment made.
- Contact Us for a Refund: Forward a copy of the receipt to our customer support team at support@nordicpeace.com. Please include your order number and any relevant details.
- Receive Your Refund: Upon verification, we will promptly refund you the amount paid for the additional postage fee.

I ordered multiple products, but only received one. What is happening?
It is normal. Please wait a little longer, the remaining packages of your shipment will arrive soon. Thank you.
Taxes and Duties
Nordic Peace is not responsible for any import duties or taxes. There may be import duties and or taxes imposed by your government, especially if you live outside of North America, Europe & Ocean.
Do I need tax numbers to receive my orders?
Tax Number is required to receive your parcel for orders to Brazil and Norway.
This requirement is mandated by local customers in these countries. To ensure smooth delivery and compliance with local regulations, we kindly ask customers placing orders to Brazil and Norway to provide their Tax Number to our support team at support@nordicpeace.com. This information is necessary for customs clearance and to facilitate the delivery process in these regions.
