All our flatware are made from Food Grade Stainless steel. However, small stains may appear if the utensils are not dried properly after use or wash. This does not mean the stains are permanent and that the utensils are damaged. It only means the products were not dried properly.
Flatware Good Care Practices:
When washing the utensils, rince the the soap from the utensils.
Dry the utensils after each wash.
If stains appear, follow the following procedure to remove them:
A. If the utensils are not dried after use or wash, stains may appear:
B. To remove the stains, use a heavy duty sponge with soap to scrub the stains off the flatware.
C. When the stains are removed, rinse the utensils under hot water.
D. Dry the utensils using a dry cloth.
E. Good scrubbing will always remove the stains off the utensils.
Having small stains does not mean your utensils are damaged and will not grant you a "Damaged Product" refund.

The gold of the flatware is a very pretty tone. They are a bit on the slender, delicate side but that suits me. Very pleased with them and also the packing and delivery were well done.
I never really ordered anything like this on line! But surprise, I was not disappointed! What you see is what you get! I absolutely love my dinnerware!!! Thank you for making this purchase experience so memorable!
The flatware is stylish, as represented in the pictures. It will look great with my china. I handwashed it once but have not used it or put it in dishwasher so I don't know how it will hold up over time but my expectation is that it will hold up well. The only negative is that I wish it were a little heavier and felt more substantial.
I made an address error and realized after purchasing. Nordic customer service was quick and able to correct my error. I received the cutlery in a very timely manner.
Absolutely love this flatware set. They're lightweight but seem very durable and they look gorgeous.
I had a slight issue with delivery and the team at Nordic were so helpful in ensuring my items were delivered to me. They really went above and beyond. It was also very refreshing speaking to a real human instead of Ai
Will absolutely recommend Nordic Peace and shop here again :)
Happy with the product; however, the packaging was disappointing. Came in a crushed brown cardboard box. The name of the company was only found on the box. Since it was a gift , I had to think of ways to make it look nice.
Great communication. Package was lost and they replaced quickly. Love the set! Good weight. Lovely finish. Send study. Hope to enjoy for years to come!!!
